"We are very happy to recommend Alan. He has been professional, friendly, accessible and flexible. The job changed significantly as we engaged him and he was very willing to accommodate the changes. The weather posed real challenges, but he worked around the wet times to complete the work as quickly as was possible even giving up some of his weekend. Replaced blown bricks which have matched in with existing brickwork brilliantly, can't see where he has done this now, repointed as needed, rescued the about to fall down chimney, and installed helical bars where lintels were absent."
