I contacted the company AB Stans heating through their online system, clearly explaining the issue and attaching a few photos to help them visualise the problem. I received an immediate response from Emma, and they were able to come out within a few hours. The engineer arrived on time with the replacement flushing system, which he explained had not been installed correctly previously. He completed the work efficiently, and everything is now functioning properly. I am very happy with the service provided. The engineer was polite, professional, and thorough. I would definitely recommend them."
