My go to company for any roofing matters. Have replaced a flat roof, sorted out a shed roof and now replaced some tatty Fascia stuff - all done to a high standard with a competent workforce. No mess and straightforward quote/billing.

I would just like to say David and his team at ABRS did a fantastic job of our roof. David explained all the work that was required very thoroughly and kept us updated throughout the process, sending several before and after photos. He answered our many questions and he is very knowledgeable. The work on our roof has come with a 10 year guarantee, so we also have peace mind! I work in construction, so have had experience of working with several different roofers, and I have to say ABRS are a top quality roofing company that I would definitely recommend.

Amazing service from start to finish, we got a quote very quickly and the team were able to complete the work for us super quick. The work they have carried had has a dramatic improvement on the house..thank you so much. The best thing too is this they do a really good clear up after they have left the property no scraps left behind...very impressed.

I hired Able Building and Roofing Services Ltd recently for the first time to fix a leak in my chimney and at the moment I'm happy with their work, it appears to be holding in this weather, they left everything clean and tidy.

I had been mucked about with my garage roof for over a year by a company that hadn't done it properly and there were puddles everywhere, I was worried sick, when luck would have it a leaflet came through my door for ABRS, I researched them online and found that they were one of the top 3 rated local roofers and also noticed that they took credit cards, I gave David a call and one of the first things I admired about him is that as I am an 85 year old lady (but who is still extremely smart and intelligent - note from Thomson Local!), he suggested that I have a friend with me so that when he came over he could go through everything with us, so my neighbours came over and David was very thorough, taking them outside to show them exactly what needed doing. When it came to doing the job David and his team of lovely chaps kept me fully informed, taking before pictures, stripped down pictures and after pictures when they were finished. They also showed me the evidence that the roofing on a passageway between my garage and house was in a state as well. They were all absolutely wonderful, I really can't rate them highly enough, they even took away rubbish that I had lying around that was nothing to do with them plus an old toilet and a heavy old water softener that were just sitting in my garage that I would never have been able to get rid of, and one lovely lad bought in my air conditioning unit for me that I wasn't able to manage on my own, that really meant a lot to me. I have lino between my door and toilet so told them not to bother taking their shoes off to pop to the loo but they still did, all those little things really do add up, they truly went above and beyond anything that was expected of them and I would have them back anytime. We all had a hug when they'd finished and I actually miss having their company around. I really can't recommend them highly enough and they certainly made a good impression down my road, A 10* service

We are grateful to David and his team for their prompt service sorting out our leaking gutters and what turned out to be quite a rotten roof. David was always polite and quick to solve any issues that arose. He also went out of his way to be considerate to our neighbours. The team are very competent and kept us updated on progress throughout the job. I am very happy with their work and highly recommend ABRS Roofing.

Able Building and Roofing Services Ltd are so helpful and obliging, I had used them previously and wanted to call on them again as I needed some roofing work completed. They always do such a good job and the staff are very good to deal with. Should I need any further roofing work doing I shall be using them again for their 5-star service.

I had a new flat roof fitted by Able Building and Roofing and I was very happy with the service, they turned up when they said they would and left everything really clean and tidy, they really were brilliant and I have no complaints at all, I would most definitely use them again and whole heatedly recommend them to others. I would give them 6 stars if I could!

Came Monday and started by lunch time .Very friendly the 2 young men worked very hard considering the weather was bad ..The boss came and checked every day in case they needed more equipment also very friendly .Early start and didn't stop .cleaned any mess leaving my gardens neat and tidy .Would I pass there name on yes definitely My roof looks fantastic front and back considering weather 2 half days

After my mothers passing away, we have had to sell her house but before we could do this we needed some repairs done to the guttering and roof so my brother in law got Able Building and Roofing Services Ltd to come in and do the repairs. They were wonderful, I really can't fault them, they replaced the guttering and a few roof tiles that needed laying back flat. They were so quick with it all and very professional.

We rang round a few roofers for quotes and were so impressed with Able Building and Roofing Services Ltd that those were the ones we went with. After being good enough to come out twice for quotes etc they installed a new flat roof and carried out some repairs and they were excellent, they always turned up when they said they would and were very polite and professional, they also left it cleaner and tidier than I had left it for them! I would absolutely use them again and definitely recommend them to others. I would give them 500 stars if I could, 5 doesn't seem enough!

We hired Able Building and Roofing Services Ltd to replace a garage roof, from beginning to end the job was managed by David Reed and although the original job was the garage roof other items that were in need of attention were carried out, all of which were completed to our satisfaction, all the staff were very polite and they did a very good job. Just used ABRS to seal a leaking chimney.After being shown photos, which David took,it was a bigger job than we thought.
