The All Custom Roofing Ltd. team were engaged by me to rectify the completely botched roofing job done previously by a rogue builder. The Director, Lewis White, took the trouble to explain exactly what needed to be done, and why, and his quote and invoice detailed every element of the job, (which is guaranteed for 25 years.) The work involved full replacement of my pitched and flat roofs, plus guttering, fascia and soffit renewal. His team are reliable, arrived on time and worked hard all day. They did a great job at a reasonable price. I would definitely use them again. Highly recommended.

Words cannot describe how amazing Lewis, Charlie and the whole team are! We sadly were scammed by a rogue trader who left our roof exposed for 2 months. We then found Lewis through the Confederation of Roofing Contractors and he immediately came and looked at the work carried out so far (which was awful). On the same day, he sent a team round to secure and watertight the roof. The roof is now complete and it is to an amazing standard, especially given they had to fix numerous errors from the previous rogue trader. We would recommend All Custom Roofing to anyone and everyone!

Lewis and the team completely replaced our roof this week. Right from the off the first impression was excellent. Brilliant communication throughout and always on time. Following a ‘suspect’ report by my purchasers house surveyor from Custom Roofing came out to me within 24 hours, performed his own survey using a drone. He was professional, knowledgeable and efficient and provided me with a written report along with pictures within a hours. His company is fully regulated and legitimate, which is reassuring when there are so many rogue traders out there.

Lewis identified a number of problems with my roof, (installed in 1961), one of which was causing excessive heat in the bedrooms in the roof in hot weather. He completed a whole new roof with breathable felt and a ventilated ridge system. The temperature upstairs has reduced markedly and my house is transformed. Lewis is an excellent communicator, his team is courteous and efficient. They didn’t let me down once and were always there when they said they would be. I wouldn’t hesitate to use All Custom Roofing again.

The company was excellent. Lewis kept me informed throughout and the lads that turned up to do the job were a pleasure. It's a messy job to do (and a very hot day) so there were some bits not cleared away; however, generally an excellent job and I would recommend.
