Advance installed our alarm years ago and every year they check it. Whoever comes is always punctual, very polite and always thorough. Today Rick came in answer to a phone call and reset the sound on the alarm. We are always really pleased with their work and have no hesitation in recommending them.

Matt and Nick arrived bang on time at 07:30 on cold and damp day. Quickly got on with their work running a replacement camera cable in an efficient and friendly manner. Cleaned up well after completion. Intermittent fault now cleared. Brilliant.

I have been a customer of Advanced Security for 6 years. They initially installed our security system & have serviced & maintained annually since. They recently upgraded our CCTV system & installed new CCTV & security lights for my daughter. They are an excellent company to deal with. All personnel from owner, engineers & admin are friendly, helpful & efficient. Work undertaken is neat & tidy. Visiting engineers showed respect for our home by removing shoes indoors, keeping work areas safe, protecting floor coverings and furnishings. They are mindful of pets & vulnerable people with disability etc. Nothing was too much. Installation requirements were fully explained & agreed in advance. They did not leave until the workings of the system(s) & associated Apps were fully explained and understood. Prices are competitive and affordable. Post installation customer service is first class. I have no hesitation in recommending Advance Security. Thanks for an all round excellent service.

Rick from Advance fitted our alarm over 20 years ago! He has come out to us only twice since to service the system and this time to replace the battery. Our system is now obsolete but he hasn’t tried to get us to replace it - he’ll keep it going while he can. He has suggested we upgrade our boxes which we agree would be a good idea so the alarm will look newer than it is! Always polite, friendly and helpful!
