Came to do a routine service of the boiler. Diagnosed a fault with the drainage free of charge, very reasonable and very friendly. Now used by the whole family

I am not normally one leave reviews... but in this case praise and heartfelt thanks to Ben (and Erik) are most definitely due for their care and attention whilst fitting a replacement thermal store for my home. From first contact Ben was polite and courteous and clearly motivated to provide a great level of service and a competitive price. On-going communication was excellent with calls and texts answered promptly. On the day of installation, both Ben and Erik’s ‘can do’ attitude were truly tested by a tight fitting cylinder and numerous confounding issues... all of which were dealt with an efficient air of confidence and competence. The resulting installation is a masterclass in neat and skilful work. They worked a long and hard day for which I was extremely grateful; and in an era when it is all to common to read about complaints and people moaning... I am very happy to leave such a well earned and appropriate five star review.

Ben was a brilliant and able to fix our issue with our water pressure without the need for a new system. We have now decided to cancel our home gas care direct debit and will use Ben for the annual servicing and any maintenance issues.

Airos Gas Services completed two jobs for me. Initially I required two radiators to be fitted and was so pleased with the work, I booked Ben again to fit a towel radiator. The standard of Ben’s work is excellent. He was polite, friendly and offered solutions to meet my needs. He was prompt and respectful of my home. Ben offers good value work.

Thanks Ben, the bathroom as you know had very much been neglected by the previous owner, which made the job trickier than planned. Regardless you persevered and worked through the difficulties to put together an incredible bathroom. My only issue is that it now makes other parts of the property look bad! Servicing of boiler, replacement of damaged/broken parts and changed bathroom taps. Two visits. Prompt arrival, friendly service. Gave advice and completed the jobs as per time and price estimated.

Airos Gas Services provided a great value for money quote. A leak was located behind the concealed shower and not covered by insurance. The team managed to schedule in my whole bathroom refit at short notice due to the imminent arrival of a newborn. The team were courteous and flexible to changing requirements, aided in my procurement of the required sanityware, tiles and bathroom items and happily fitted. There were some late nights to help get the bathroom over the line in the tight deadlines and were also happy to come back post implementation and resolve a few minor snags A week later I also got the team to replace my kitchen tap. Would happily recommend to others
