I had requested Steve to come out as our drain was blocked. He arrived at the time we agreed, was a very friendly and proceeded to do clear the drain quickly. I would highly recommend Steve he did a great job.

Steven was excellent Came out on a Sunday, with no added extra charges. It took Steven less than half an hour to sort the problem, which neither Mr Muscle and myself could, that we were fighting for weeks. Genuinely nice man and excellent price. I cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you Steven

Steve arrived early, inspected the job & set to work. Blocked drain was in a very awkward situation in the garage, but he wasn't deterred by this. He tried his very high pressure water powered 'rat', but when that couldn't reach the blockage due to the design of the drain, he used a professional plunger into an open drain gulley that had the blockage shifted in no time. Drain flushed through & everything left clean & tidy. Great job, would highly recommend! Steve, especially as he & his wife are a small, local business that care.

Called on a Sunday morning, Steve arrived within 20 minutes and had cleared the blockage within 30 minutes. Site left clean and tidy, I was kept informed as to what was happening. Steve had a very pleasant manner and explained each step of the process.

Steve provided a great service, he arrived on time and did an amazing job. He was polite and understanding and explained to me what was happening . This was my second cctv survey after being let down by premier drains, so the difference was chalk and cheese. He sent me a comprehensive report in the same day with pictures. Will definitely recommend and use again. His prices are way better as well.
