Ash arrived punctually on a Friday afternoon to complete the job. He was respectful and good at explaining everything he was doing and answered my questions politely. Ash did a good job of tidying up after the job. Would highly recommend Ash for punctuality, skill, courtesy and tidiness and his work was good value for money.

Ash did an amazing job on our new boiler. He was on time every day and kept us up to date with what he was doing. He was clean and tidy and was very quick with all paper work at the end of the time he was with us. Would 100% recommend Ash.

Ash was very prompt at coming over going his opinion and quote. He was able to quote the replacement of pipe and also arrange plasterer to come 2 days after he did the work. Both Ash, his colleague and the plasterers were very courteous and tidied up after doing work which we are grateful for.

Ashleigh rescued us Easter weekend, arrived within the half hour and resolved the problem. Whilst here checked the rest of system and cleared a few air locks. What can we say but a very big thank you, your card is safely tucked away for any future jobs.

My boiler broke down a month ago and I’ve had 4 different people come and try to fix it. They all failed and told me to install a new boiler.We tried our luck one more time and then came Ash. He went above and beyond, he worked overtime and also advised us on all our options. He did not force us to get a new boiler (like other ppl) but respected our decision and was very determined to fix it. He is extremely skilled in his job, an amazing engineer, very professional and I just can't recommend him enough. I am over the moon with his work, so if ur looking for boiler engineer Definitely give him a call!

We had some issues with the loft tank overflow and needed some work done in the kitchen taps. I called Ashely via CheckTrade. He was very professional, found out what the issues was and got it done with in an hour. We highly recommend Ashely as he very professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

I called Gas Bright as I was concerned that an area of my dining room carpet was quite wet due to the water stopcock leaking. Ash came over to have a look and replaced the stopcock which stopped the leaking. I am really grateful and appreciative of how quickly Ash came over, how understanding he was of the situation and what a good job he did of solving the situation.

Attended promptly after contact by email, explained the steps being taken to do the job, but finally had to put his long gloves on so not pleasant work but successfully cleared the blockage in the end. Tidy work, positive attitude including dashing out to buy parts locally.

Ashley at Gas Bright saved the day when we were let down, he was able to get a plumber to our property at very short notice and completed a radiator change. The work was completed to a high standard by a great tradesmen who left the property in a clean condition. We will definitely use gas Bright again.

I messaged Ash and within 2 days he had arranged for one of his team to come round and provide a quote. Cameron was really friendly, professional and knowledgable and had the job done within an hour of being there. He also helped me out with the temperature on my water tank without any nonsense or quoting me for things that I didn’t need. I will definitely be using gas bright in the future. I received a reply from my enquiry in less than half an hour and everything from then was extremely efficient and professional. Communication was excellent and they were very helpful at offering advice, and getting dates for the work to be completed quickly. Cam, who completed the work, did an excellent job on everything. On top of replacing the kitchen tap and fixing a constantly dripping toilet, he removed the and replaced the old shower arm, which included removing and replacing one of the shower tiles. Cannot recommend Gas Bright enough, we were extremely happy with the work carried out.

Excellent communication and work. Arrived on time, charged as per the quote. Left everything clean and tidy. Reasonable charges for the job carried out. Friendly service too. We haven’t had heat in our old house for quite sometime, can’t believe the heat pumping out of the radiators now. Will definitely be using again, even checked in with us to check all was good.
