Unfortunately we were one of many effefed by the freezing temperatures earlier this month (March 2018). Our condense pipe to our boiler had frozen, and we called out Alloy Plumbing, they came out immediately and sorted the problem. The engineer was Polite & kept us well informed throughout, the price of the emergency call out was cheaper than other companies we had called prior to Alloy. Highly recommend.
I call out Alloy plumbing service I had water pouring through my ceiling into my front room,I had no way of turning it off, and the plumber came and made safe in no time,The lady on the phone explained the prices. gave me advice on how to slow the leak down (it worked) thank you. Julie
Terrible experience of Alloy plumbing, temporary fixing of problem, no aftercare and charged nearly £500! still not fixed now!!!!
Terrible service. Quote for £850 accepted to do all the work. Actually did half and got my wife to believe it had all been done. She paid in full the same day. I made contact with James he stated he would get someone to complete the work asap but never did. Review put in Checkatrade. James not happy with poor review used intimidation on phone telling me to take it off. Very nasty actually. No sign of half money returned. Professional NO. Trustworthy NO. You got the picture.
