"What a helpful plumber! We had 3 jobs to do, none of which were particularly urgent and so far 2 have been done to the highest standard. The first job was to replace a shower pump. Careful measurements were taken to ensure the correct pump was selected. It was fitted, mess cleaned up and is working perfectly. The second job was to replace a cistern. Again measurements were taken to ensure the best one was chosen. Fitted today. Very pleasant to deal with. Arrives when he says he will. Third job still needs doing, but it will be done shortly. Thank you!"

"Simon was punctual, polite and knowledgeable. He came to see the jobs that needed to be done and returned at a mutually convenient time with all the parts. We encountered a problem with our stopcock so he had to stop what he was doing and rebook. Today he returned, the stopcock is now working properly and the job completed. Excellent work and communication. Highly recommend Carshalton plumbing and heating and we will return to Simon without hesitation if we need plumbing services again!"
