Great job, with excellent attention to detail.

He turned my shower tray into quick flow water drainage . Before that we struggled to take shower always water built up and slows goes away . I asked home to get me good solution for that . He gave me exactly what I was looking for in very affordable price. Love his work. I asked few more builder and no one could me better solution than him. He did install new shower tray ran shower enclosure. I will use him again if I need any work.

Wayne is a true professional…..always answers his phone promptly and finds time to fit in several jobs for me over many years. No job too small and seemingly no job to large Wayne is an expert at all tasks. As a landlord I often get problems at short notice from minor leaks to full bathroom replacements whereby over the last few years he has become my first (and last) call.

We had a problem with a cold bridge in a bedroom ceiling which required a new insulation barrier, re-boarding, re-plastering and painting . The work was carried out to a very high standard and the carpet and other decorations were well protected.

Wayne helped me with the interiors of a new modular conservatory. This included everything from flooring, cavity wall insulation, electrics, wall plastering, heating etc. The entire experience exceeded my expectations. From the initial consultation to the final touches Wayne was professional and displayed great workmanship and came back to fix the little snags. Wayne finds the most optimal way to get the work done and produces aesthetic results. Since this he has helped with fitting exhaust-fans, outdoor-lights, kitchen-sinks, integrated appliances (including plumbing and drains) etc. Honest, reliable, skilful contractor. Wayne and his team just finished a disabled downstairs wetroom in the annex for my elderly parents and a beautiful new family bathroom in the main house. I approached Arlington with a ruff idea of what we wanted, no plan or supplier. Wayne gave us ideas, a virtual walk through video of exactly how it would look, even down to the tiles and wall colour used. Very impressive. We are so happy with the results.
