I've been a customer of Karl ever since I moved to Reading 17 years ago. He began by correctly diagnosing a boiler problem, thus saving me a substantial sum over the previous engineer who had misdiagnosed the issue and failed to restore heating. Since then, Karl has carried out numerous jobs for me, small and large, including complete bathroom fitment. I trust him implicitly and he has never let me down. His skill and experience as both a fitter and a heating engineer are undeniable.

We had a blocked Mixer shower where in cold water flow was completely jammed. We had couple of plumbers but none could fix but suggested would require taking off the internal mixing unit concealed in the wall which would require tilling work. Called Karl to have a look at the job, once he assessed the shower/mixer he was confident this would be a blockage in the filter. After having a view at the diagram he knew exactly where the problem was and cleared off the blockage in 30 mins. Job done smoothly. Would definitely recommend Karl for his workmanship and professionalism.

Having lost our heating just before Xmas 23 We contacted the plumbing team who were great from the start, they managed to replace our broken boiler & bring us up to date with wifi heating controls etc just before Xmas. We have also had small kitchen & shower items recently replaced & as usual great expertise. Always ontime & very clean & tidy. Would definitely recommend 👍🏽

Chris is a superb craftsman, always taking proper care and pride in the quality of his work. He has done lots of work for me in properties I own and he always gives good advice and looks for best and most cost effective options. His work is neat and tidy, done correctly and never requires him to revisit.

Contacted Chris with an urgent job, turned up 3 hours later and completed the work in under 40 minutes. Really please with the price I was charged. Would highly recommend.

Chris is reliable & and turns up on time. Has many years experience and happy to give advice even when it will not profit him. As plumbers go, he’s definitely a Good Guy not like some of the no shows or cowboys I have had come to work on my property in the past. Happy to recommend him.
