We had our flat completely renovated by Baseline. The team were reliable and always did the things they said they would. There were no hidden costs. Excellent communications, so we always knew what was going on, what our options were and what decisions we needed to make. Very helpful, friendly and offering ideas and suggestions to get the best possible outcome. They project managed everything. Professional job across a range of trades - electrics, heating, plastering, carpentry, flooring, decorating. Completed on time. We would highly recommend them and we will be using them again for future work.

We chose Baseline Ltd to do our bathroom renovation because they offered the approach that we wanted. Calum managed the entire project for us but at the same time we were free to choose the equipment etc. that we wanted with his guidance. The estimate for the work was transparent. We did not need to pay for design as such but were offered plenty of helpful advice, good ideas and problem-solving as part of the standard service. We are very happy with the result, the quality of the work and also with the process. Lauren in the office deserves a mention for her efficiency and responsiveness. We would certainly use Baseline again and highly recommend them.

Calum and his team were brilliant. They managed to turn a space that needed a tonne of work into a pristine kitchen and bathroom. They've completely changed the character of my flat - I would happily have them come back and do more work for me.

I approached my home improvement project with some trepidation as I have had problems with builders in the past. However, I found Calum of Baseline Builders on the Federation of Master Builders website, as well as being on the Which Trusted Trader scheme. The work I required was to remove part of a weight-bearing wall, put in a steel support beam, fit a new kitchen and outside tap, fit new flooring, and decorate. I discussed my project with him, went to see some of his work, and decided to proceed. I did not regret it. He was efficient and business-like. The workmen who carried out the work did so to a high standard, within budget, and to my specifications. Calum made some useful suggestions as to how I could improve some of the things I wanted to do. He dealt with Building control and with electrical certificates. All the manuals for my new appliances were kept for me. Snagging was minimal. The only problem was that the plumber turned off the heating and was unable to turn it on again. However, I am on a communal heating system and the heating engineers were able to rectify the problem when they came to the estate on a routine visit. Overall, I am very happy with the work and with my improved home.

Could not be more pleased with the professionalism of the team. Genti and Calum were always available for consultation & kept informed as the work proceeded. Despite encountering a few unexpected difficulties, and carrying out major structural works involving open plan kitchen diner and converting an old bathroom to a wetroom, their team remained focused and amiable. For us, most importantly the work has been completed on time and to the highest standard throughout.

They renovated our kitchen, our bathroom, installed a "loo-tility" (utility- room/bathroom) and converted our basement into a one bedroomed flat. They suggested suppliers - good ones - and the results were high-end but cost-effective. They had great ideas and encouraged collaboration. They answered any questions I had about the works with clarity and kindness. I have learnt so much thanks to working them and I would recommend them to anyone. I found them to be effective, reliable and trustworthy and would definitely use them again.

Calum and the Baseline team completed our ground floor extension before the expected finish date and on budget. The team worked hard throughout, even through some terrible weather, which we appreciated. We're delighted with the outcome and the standard they delivered. We certainly plan to get them back for future improvements.
