I've used Ben at BeeXpress several times. He always comes when he says he is going to. He's always friendly and knowledgeable. His work always seems good and reliable.

Ben installed a new flue to our boiler. The timing was critical because of other building work that followed. He accommodated us at short notice, staying late into the evening to complete the job. I have no hesitation in recommending him.

We find Ben friendly, competent and when he gives you a time for an appointment, it's always kept. Should something happen that needs adjusting etc. he comes within a short time, appropriate to the level of urgency and fixes it. He is patient and waits at the end of the job to try and test the efficacy of the job. We are very happy to be in good hands with Ben. Ben has my go to heating engineer for about 2 years now. It was a hard struggle trying to find a reliable engineer, as my house has an unusual combi/dedicated cylinder/radiator skirting setup that uses a variety of Honeywell Evohome controllers. Luckily I discovered BeeXpress via the Honeywell installers service. Ben is VERY informed on not just Evohome, but on all eco friendly and alternative heating sources, he has tweaked my setup and keeps me informed on what my house can/can't install. If he ever stops trading/moves away I think I might cry as he is the only one who "gets" my home. Judith in the office is an absolute dear, who is always friendly and will always update me in good time when the appointments are due/need to be amended in good time. Honestly I cannot recommend BeeXpress enough, they get my vote!

I have used BeExpress since 2017 when they replaced our boiler and later changed some radiators, and carried out boiler services on an annual basis. I have always been impressed by their personal, tailored service. Their engineer, Ben, always explains what he is doing and provides clear estimates for any replacement parts or additional work. He is polite, friendly, knowledgeable and tidy. The office staff are also very accommodating, polite and pleasant. On a rare occasion in the past I have needed an emergency callout and this was dealt with promptly. I have recommended the company to other people and would be happy to do so again.

I have used BeeXpress twice. The first time my boiler broke down on one of the coldest days of the winter. Ben came at 8.45 pm and sorted the problem. On the second occasion, I again got a quick response. Ben is very knowledgeable and I have confidence in his ability to deal with boiler problems.

We were recommended BeeXpress by a trusted builder and could not be more satisfied with their service. The engineer Ben is kind and polite, at every step he explained what he was going to do and also gave a clear and transparent run down of the issues found and fixed and further recommendations. All work was carried out in a very methodical and meticulous way with great care to the property and the site was left spotless. Administrative backup from the office was equally speedy, friendly and efficient. We were sent a detailed costing before agreeing to any further work including an estimate for the time it would take which was met exactly. Mr. Ben's work in our flat was done to a high standard – he was meticulous and knowledgeable, as well as being a most pleasant, friendly and hard-working individual. Ben came for our annual boiler service, showed up on time and covered all the work needed with as little mess and fuss as possible. He also took the time to explain about heat pumps as a future possibility after I mentioned it. Our invoice was sent in a timely fashion and communication was excellent as usual. Would always trust BeeXpress with any of our heating and plumbing issues as well as our annual service.

Our old boiler (33 years old) failed in early April. Ben from BeeXpress arrived promptly and spent a long time trying to repair it. This included tracking down spare parts no longer readily available. In the end it was evident that a new boiler was needed. Ben suggested a Vaillant model because the boiler had to be fitted in a very restricted space . He arrived on the 16th April and finished the installation in two days as promised. He worked very professionally but was always friendly and willing to explain technical matters in a way the layman could understand. The price was probably not the cheapest but I feel we had a "Rolls Royce" service.

Ben of BeeXpress does the annual maintenance and servicing on our Intergas boiler, which he installed in 2016, late every summer. This has prevented us from needing repairs during the rest of the year, especially during autumn and winter. In addition to giving us confidence that we'll have central heating and hot water (to supplement our solar water heating), Ben is friendly, makes us feel that there is no problem too large to resolve and takes the time to answer all of our questions, and makes sure we understand how to get the best from our system.
