From first contacting Hallamshire Energy to completion of a new boiler the service was exceptional. My elderly mum had no hot water or heating and Joanna organised Chris to call that day (it was the start of the bank holiday). A new boiler was fitted 5 days later by Chris who put my mum at ease and was so professional. Overall a worrying event turned into something easy to rectify. I will recommend Hallamshire Energy to everyone. Thank you.

I am very happy with the service from Joanna and the team. Their engineer (Chris? ) came round and gave me an honest assessment of the issues with my old boiler, which was losing pressure. He didn't give me any high pressure selling, rather the opposite. He felt the problem was in the boiler but gave me some techniques to help decide, which previous engineers had not done. Opted for new boiler and nest google controller and was installed a few days later, which as it's before Xmas was very quick, and all now fine. I can't tell how the price compares but seems OKI and with a boiler want good advice and service as it's a major purchase.

Superb service. Talked through my options without any kind of pressure, highlighting all pros and cons. My boiler was replaced without any fuss or hassle, and impressively fast. The final price was actually less than my original quote, which is a definite first. I would thoroughly recommend Hallamshire Energy.

Had my old boiler removed from my kitchen and new one installed in outer porch. This entailed taking up floorboards. Chris and his team were excellent from my initial enquiry and visit for the quote through to installation. Chris was friendly and very professional despite having to deal with a problematic alarm system, and was always concerned about treating my property with great care throughout. Highly recommend them.

From the first phone call to the completion of the boiler installation we were impressed by the efficiency and reliability of the people involved. Chris was very friendly and reliable throughout the process and reduced the disruption which the job obviously involves to a minimum. And thanks to Joanna for prompt and clear responses to phone and email enquiries. Overall, highly recommended.

Fantastic service from start to finish! I've had 2 boilers fitted by The Big Boiler company now over the last few years. The price was extremely competitive with Tom explaining the options and what option was best suited for my needs. Excellent communication from Joanna, who kept me updated every step of the way. I now have a lovely warm home again thanks to Tom and Billy who have just installed my new boiler, not only explaining how to use it, but advice on how to use it more economically. We had our boiler replaced by Hallamshire Energy in November 2019 after our old one broke down, just as the weather was reaching single figures. With two small children in the house, we needed a swift replacement, and due to Hallamshire Energy's priority system for broken boilers and vulnerable customers we were seen quickly. Tom was professional and thorough throughout. Our options were clearly outlined and there was no attempt at upselling. The job wasn't a straightforward one due to our house's little quirks but there were no hidden costs and no complaints. It was also a pleasure to have Tom and his team in the house, especially compared to other tradespeople we've used in the past who don't always make you feel at ease. We felt very comfortable, even with our disabled children at home. We can't recommend the service we received highly enough.

Just had our 2nd annual boiler service and met Tom for the 1st time, as with all the team he was polite friendly and told us what he doing and why, talked to us in way that we understood and what was being done. Once again a great professional service.
