I used this trader for brick cleaning on the exterior of a high-end property. I was pleased with the service and expertise they provided, and would use them again.

Front and rear of house cleaned following renovation work. Nice guys to have around, very good attitude. Look after neighbour's concerns. Excellent job. Managed to remove mortar from the bricks that I did not think would come off.

Paint removal, brick cleaning and repointing. Ryan and the team were fantastic from start to finish. Very easy to deal with, great communication and worked around our requirements and timescales. Would highly recommend.

We came back from holiday to find a bad leak above a window on the rear of the house, coming from missing brickworks. Ryan not only fixed the leak but offered further assistance with the decoration of the window. I found the Brick Cleaning Company online. Ryan is very responsive, is clear on pricing and proactive on when his team is going to be available. His team were on time, professional and efficient. They removed the paint from the front of our house, re-pointed and repaired some broken masonry (from earlier home repairs). I'm really pleased with the results and would highly recommend!

Sandra was excellent in helping us book in some work we needed doing. She was very quick to get us booked in and would always let us know what time the workmen were coming and arriving so we could fit our busy schedule around the work. They are very reliable and brilliant communication. The work was done to a brilliant standard and very quickly. Steve and Gareth were great and did a fabulous job of the brick cleaning and Aurel has made our Victorian house look brand new again with the repointing! We re extremely happy with the end result! Once the scaffolding was removed, they came back to paint a very small speck on the gutter, which is great after sales service which we were very pleased about. Had an extremely bad experience today with this company. We arranged for them to turn up to carry out brick cleaning at our home, paying £1000 in advance. We were not given any specifications or detailed requirements for scaffolding, but said on the phone that we had a scaffold in place for our extension work, which they said would be fine. A cleaner then turned up solo, and from the second we opened the door, just did not want to do the job, first tutting because there was an outside tap at the back not the front, then was unhappy that there wasn't an external power source. We assumed that someone would turn up with all the equipment they needed. His attitude was really poor and a sign of what was to come. We offered to have the builders who were on site doing an extension (who are fantastic), reconfigure the scaffold to the cleaner's requirements, but he did not want to know and left. We then contacted the company asking for a refund, to be told at various stages that a refund wouldn't be forthcoming, then that a 50% refund was likely, and then finally that they couldn't make a decision. Under the consumer act 2015, a refund is a legal requirement, which I did explain, but they still refused. We have now had to get some professional advice, and will likely pursue them in the small claims court. We have a tight turnaround to get the work done, despite being out of pocket, so started calling other firms to arrange this. One told us that this company is well known as a 'd
