New boiler fitted Ben is a real good guy very helpful does a great job

It's a tiny bathroom and done in hot weather! All aspects of work carried out, ripped back to bear brick. Done methodically and time taken making sure it's right first time. Did have an issue with squeaky shower control but able to resolve by fitting pressure regulator in main incoming water. Always does my boiler too, services average year. Good lad is Ben!

The first time I met Ben of BRP Plumbing was when I rang for an emergency job to be done the day before going on holiday - quite a few years ago now. It was early evening and he came straight away to deal with a leaking toilet. That sums Ben up. He puts himself out to help when others wouldn’t. He’s been my plumber ever since. He’s meticulous in whatever he does. He explains what he’s doing so you know exactly what the job entails. He’s punctual but if there’s a problem, he’ll ring and let you know he’ll be a little bit late. He’s so friendly but respectful and polite. The latest job he did was my annual service of the central heating boiler. He’s also very good at reminding you that it’s time to service your boiler or any other job that needs regular maintenance. I would recommend him to anyone, with the knowledge that they would be more than satisfied with his work.

Ben Pulloch is reliable, professional, excellent communication skills. He obviously takes great pride in his work. Very tidy, even put polythene down to protect carpet. Have already recommended him to friends. The job was unfortunately due to water leaking through ceiling due to shower tray. Ben was honest and said a quick fix of silicone was not the correct or professional way to solve this problem. Showed me by using his mobile phone how much shower tray was moving and explained it needed to be taken out sealant removed, cleaned up and relayed. Obviously as shower tray so fixed down risk of tiles breaking. Ben rang up tile shop and arranged for a couple of tiles same type. Nothing was too much trouble. I have no hestitation in recommending Ben. Ben is now my plumber that has done a couple of excellent jobs. Ben came and fitted a new gas boiler to my house to replace a 35 year old existing one. I found him informative, friendly and knowledgeable about the extras I would require to upgrade my system. The work was completed on time and to the quote he gave, it has since run without any problems, I would not hesitate to call him again for any future work I require.

Mr Pullich has serviced my boiler for the last 5 years. He has always been punctual. He has always worn protective footwear in the house. The work has always been done to a good standard and I have never had to call him back. He leaves a service checklist and explains everything. When he leaves the house is left as clean as when he arrived. I would recommend Mr Pullich.

It’s increasingly difficult to find a plumber who turns up on time, does the job properly and doesn’t fleece you when it comes to the bill. I’m delighted to say that BRP Plumbing ticks every box. We’ve used Ben on 3 or 4 occasions now and I always been very pleased with the quality and affordability of the work done. I can’t recommend BRP highly enough.

We got several people to quote for the installation of some radiators including moving some to new locations. Ben was by far the most professional and reasonably priced. He was friendly, polite and by far the most knowledgeable of the entire heating system. It wasn't an easy job, but Ben managed it no problem with minimal fuss and left everything clean and tidy. I've since recommended him to many friends & family.

Have used BRP quite a few times in our home with jobs from installing an extra radiator to boiler service. Would not hesitate to use their service again or to offer my recommendation to anyone who has never used their services previously.

Ben visited us twice in December, the first occasion was an emergency call out to see to a boiler which kept tripping the electric. Ben was with us within the hour and quickly solved the problem for us and gave us some advice on preventing further issues. I was so impressed that we had Ben back the week later to service our radiators and balance the system. Again Ben identified the problems and fixed them. The house is so much warmer as a result. Ben I spoilt, punctual and leaves no mess. I would highly recommend Ben for your plumbing and boiler repairs and services.

Ben put a new boiler in for me and services it every year. He has also fitted a new radiator and replaced tiles and a glass shower wet room scene for me, all the work done was immaculate and reasonable. I would only use Ben for any plumbing issues.

Ben is a fantastic plumber. I have bought a new house and was having trouble with the heating not working in the living room and then my boiler leaking. Ben first came round to fix the leak and then checked if the radiators were getting heat to them by running some tests. He then came back another day to service the boiler for me and booked in a longer time slot to work on the heating. One of Ben's jobs had run over, he was great at communicating, said he was still willing to come over but understood if I wanted to reschedule but made it clear he didn't want to mess me around. When Ben came round he was very polite and friendly, talked me through everything he was going to do and was doing. Explained how things worked. Ben got the heating working and phoned me 2 days later to check in and make sure all was OK! Fantastic service and would definitely recommend.

Ben at BRP is one of those rare tradespeople that takes pride in what he does. We needed a service on a Worcester Bosch boiler, he turned up on time, new his stuff & did a thorough job at a fair price. I’d be happy to have Ben back if I need any more plumbing or heating work doing.

Came and fixed an emergency leak under shower. Excellent service, very professional & tidy worker. Will be using again.

Our boiler broke and left us with no heating or hot water. Ben came round on the day in an attempt to fix it for us. He was very helpful, polite and explained everything very clearly. He worked diligently and didn't charge us any more than quoted despite the additional work required. We are very grateful that he managed to fit us in so quickly. We would definitely recommend him to others
