Fantastic and professional service — Lewis fitted a new radiator valve. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Very decent and fair price, too.
I had no hot water and heating and Lewis was out the same day, which was brilliant as I have a 1 year old child. He explained what the problem was and was able to fix the leak and the pressure gauge in the same day. Couldn't of asked for a more professional and polite lad. I will be definatley be using him again.
Lewis was amazing. He FaceTimed me to try and diagnose the issue. As this didn’t work he dropped what he was doing and drove to my address. He checked all sorted and found the issue. He ordered the part and came on a Saturday to mend my boiler. I found Lewis to be a highly trustworthy and reliable. I would definitely recommend the company.
Lewis is the perfect example of what a trademark should be the work team i had in my house from beginning to end were exceptional I have nothing but praise for this man and his team he will be the only person for any plumbing or heating problems I have in the future a big thankyou Lewis and your team 😀
Lewis was able to give a rough diagnosis over phone and a quote. He kept in contact and called to say he could arrive early if OK. Issue was as he had diagnosed and he carried out the work quickly and with no mess. He invoiced me for the work and was as he quoted. Lewis explained at each appropriate point what he was going to do and then what he had done. Very pleased and would highly recommend

Lewis is very knowledgeable, polite and friendly. He understood the problem with our Worcester boiler immediately, got the required part and fitted it the next day. Strongly recommend.
I contacted Lewis to ask if he could mount a new radiator, and change the old piping to accommodate the new radiator size. Lewis replied very promptly, and came out to our property within a few days. He mounted and plumbed the new radiator and piping to a good standard, and continually provided good advice and guidelines whilst working on the task. He left the work area clean and tidy, and we were extremely satisfied with the end product. Excellent service.

Lewis installed heat controls on all my radiators in the house to save on energy bills. Friends recommend LJB plumbing to me and so happy they did. All future plumbing/heating work will be carried out by Lewis. He was on time and gave good advice and left my home spotless. Highly recommend 👍

Before you hire a plumber
Agree the call-out fee, the hourly or fixed rate, and whether parts are charged on top — in writing — before an emergency plumber starts. Out-of-hours overcharging and 'while I'm here' add-ons are common complaints.
Be wary of a plumber who, on a first visit, says your whole system or boiler must be replaced — get a second opinion and an itemised quote (parts and labour separately) before agreeing to major work.
Gas and boiler work is a separate, regulated trade — not general plumbing. Make sure anyone working on a gas appliance is specifically registered to do gas work, and ask to see that registration before they start.
Look for consistent reviews across several named sources, not one polished profile.
