I have used Capital Heating for a number of years now and have generally been satisfied with quality of work, however Simon's attitude to getting b ack to me with quotes or if there is a problem has never been good. A couple of years ago I asked him to quote for a new ensuite shower and it took him over 2 months to get back to me by which time I had done it myself. Recently he carried out a repair to our Boiler for which he charged me £265 which didn't solve the problem, I contacted him and he said he would contact the manufacturer and get back to me. I expected him to get back to me within a couple of days particularly as its the middle of winter and we were not getting a constant supply of hot water, 2 weeks later! I sent him a message asking what was happening and that I had expected him to contact me before now. To this he took great offence to me having the audacity to contact him and that he had more than 1 customer to deal with, with that attitude im only surprised he has more than 1 customer, needless to say I will not be using Capital Heating again and certainly would never recommend them. !

Simon replaced our old combi boiler with a new Worcester Bosch model. He was friendly, very quick and very good at his job.

Capital Plumbing and Heating completely revamped our bathroom from it looking tired and dated to it now looking modern and fresh. From start to finish I found Simon to be helpful in all aspects of the design. During the installation, Simon was diligent and the quality of work was faultless. Recommended.

Our boiler went up in smoke one evening leaving us with no hot water or heating Simon came and sorted out a replacement boiler with us and in next to no time had it fitted and fully working, there was no mess or hassle, higly recommended.
