I had an old wood burner that was very badly fitted! I called stove direct, he came round and explained everything that needed doing and at a fair price compared to some silly prices that I was getting. He removed my old burner, I had purchased a new one, he fitted it, a perfect job, I can highly recommend this guy, and have done to two of my friends that are looking to getting a wood burner fitted

Mark provided a really good hassle free installation. As other reviewers have said he was punctual, did the job when promised and was very good value. I have left the review for a couple of months and can report that stove has worked really well every time we've used it. We bought the Flavel Arundel and it's a cracking little stove that heats the whole house!
