"I spoke to Adam on the phone- 20 mins after my enquiry. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and arranged a call out later that day due to a cancellation. Anthony was extremely pleasant and my mother was able to ask questions about previous tap leaking and was answered by Anthony. The entire process was quick and painless and the team was so easy to talk to and arrange. One of the best plumbing services in Cambridgeshire and really reasonable prices! Will be using them again for all plumbing problems!"

Adam completed work to fit a new pressurised hot water system in our house and also linked this to our central heating. Agree the call-out fee, the hourly or fixed rate, and whether parts are charged on top — in writing — before an emergency plumber starts. Out-of-hours overcharging and 'while I'm here' add-ons are common complaints.
