Thorough and tidy, with a can-do attitude
Aziz and Chris recently capped off my kitchen gas supply and installed a new induction hob and oven for me, which required modifying the existing cutout in my granite worktop, and ensuring the internal wiring setup was correct and safe for both appliances. I really appreciated their willingness to undertake what was not a straightforward job at all, and to keep me informed and reassured every step of the way. They cut a certain amount of granite from the worktop in order to accommodate the depth of the hob, and then created a bespoke stainless steel trim to surround the hob and fill the small remaining gap on either side of it. All of this work was carried out carefully and precisely, and they made sure to tidy up as they went along. When the connection cable for the stovetop was delayed in its delivery, Aziz went above and beyond, coming up with an alternative means of obtaining the necessary part to ensure that the installation did not have to be further delayed. He was also attentive and observant to other things in the property that he advised be addressed before they cause bigger problems down the line. I am very satisfied with my experience with Certified Group, and would certainly hire them again. Thank you again, Aziz and Chris!

Aziz is officially my favourite man now
I’ll keep this as brief as I can. I had my bathroom re-fitted less than 10 years ago, had to have some of the work re-done. Toilet fitted with the bathroom. The flush went wrong a few years ago so I had to have a new one. It went wrong again about a month ago but I did a temporary fix. Then it broke and wouldn’t stop flushing. This was the last straw for me, tried to get an emergency plumber on Sunday. Aziz took the call and was such a calming presence, got me to do a video call so he could direct me to the thing that would stop the water running. Then he got details of the flush (so he could get the correct one) and arranged a date to come out. He did a thorough job - removed the whole toilet and even put a batten behind it to secure it (which wasn’t what he’d come to do) and stopped a leak I wasn’t aware of. I know where I’ll be going next time I need work done. Thank you so much, Aziz.

Top Quality Job. Top Quality Plumbers.
I had no hot water and a leak in to my neighbour's flat. Certified replace unvented hot water cylinder and all safety valves, regulators. Replaced leaky main isolation valves. Rebuilt bathroom isolation valve manifold, relocated existing pipework, fix leak to soil pipe. I called Certified later morning to come and give me a quote. They arrived within the agreed time (2 hours). Provided me with a full quote as few hours later and started the job that weekend. Worked three entire weekend to fix my issues. Aziz and Chris were a pleasure to work with and accommodated all my requests and questions patiently. They did a number of (free) extras that weren't part of the original costed work and worked +12 hour shift on Saturday to ensure that I had at least cold water. Aziz has followed up a number of times since the work was completed to ensure everything is working ok. I would not hesitate to use their services again and to recommend them.

Professional, Reliable Service with Clear Communication
Had a great experience with Certified Group Limited. From start to finish, communication was clear, easy to follow, and very informative. They were also transparent about pricing, which made everything straightforward. Aziz and Chris arrived right on time with each visit and carried out the work professionally, leaving everything clean and tidy afterwards. The job itself was done to a high standard, and it was a nice touch receiving a report afterwards with before and after photos. Overall, very pleased with their work. I’d happily use them again and would recommend them to others.

Water mains leak repair
Came to view within a few hours of making call. Explained what he would be doing.Came on agreed date.Explained every step as they went along. Very thorough. Aziz and Chris were both very friendly and pleasant guys.When job was completed they cleaned up very thoroughly. Was a pleasure to have them working here. Would definitely use them again and would highly recommend.

Great great great
We manage a flat with an electric boiler. The tenants suddenly mentioned that the heating was gone completely. I contacted several companies, but Capital Group (and Aziz) were extremely prompt and clear with what needed to be done. It was no small undertaking as it turned out that the whole system needed replacing and we were in the middle of winter, but they made it a priority and completed the job extremely quickly. Our tenants were extremely grateful, as was I. Will hire them again for future work.

Reliable and Thorough work
Aziz made a full assessment of the issues that needed resolving as well as suggestions for additional work I.e. a lime scale water unit ) We received a complete cost breakdown of each issue Replace toilet cistern and toilet seat ,replace bathroom extractor fan and replace bathroom sink trap Parts were ordered and a time and date confirmed Aziz completed the all the works quickly he was on time ,polite and respectful of his surroundings ( wore shoe covers) Aziz also gave me useful recommendations of products that would care for extending the long term use I am very pleased with the quality of work.

As ever, really excellent work
I have posted on here before, but now Aziz and his team at Certified have done more work for me: really extensive jobs. My house needed reroofing (flat roof and pitched roof at the top) and I wanted to rebuild the deck in my garden after it was discovered to be a) rotting and b) badly installed. This was all the work of some months. Aziz and his team were incredibly hard working, thorough, and the quality of their work shines through. Aziz will always show you what he's doing as he's doing it, so you can see what's being removed and what is being installed. He is extremely friendly, helpful and polite and so are all his team. I was always kept updated. He stuck to the schedule we agreed as much as it was possible to do, given the snags that will inevitably be discovered along the way. This sometimes led to cost increase, but this was clearly and fairly explained. Communication is always excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and hire them again.

As ever, great and efficient work
I've used Aziz and his team for a few jobs now; he's always great to work with, and the work itself is great. I had a slow leak in a pipe in my living room, skirting board had to be removed, pipe exposed and repaired and the whole made good. Aziz and his team did exactly what they said they would, they are always so courteous and kind, and they do the work beautifully and also clean up beautifully. I highly recommend them.
