I was unaware of the leak until a neighbour informed me that water was coming through their bathroom ceiling, Nick identified a leaky toilet, fixed it quickly and explained fully what had gone wrong, also checked other areas of the bathroom for leaks. Friendly, informative and efficient, would definitely recommend."
