One of the double-glazed units in my conservatory, installed by Cloudy to Clear 12 years ago, failed and became misty. I asked Cloudy to Clear to replace it and asked for a quote. Stewart from Cloudy to Clear appeared very quickly, measured up, gave me very reasonable quote and made an appointment for a couple of weeks ahead to fit the unit. His colleague, Beth, made all the arrangements. Stewart arrived on time, fitted the unit very quickly and cleared up completely. What more could you ask for?

Very professional outfit, from the chap who did the quote, through to the installation team. Very quick and mess free. they even cleared a flat roof for me while they were up there. Impressed that they got the right mix of inserts to match the existing ones, and knew immediately the name of the frosted bathroom pattern window.

Really good working practice. We called for an appointment for 3 wet-inside windows. Measurer arrived on time, took details, sat in his van and emailed a very reasonable quotation and drove away. No awkward push to buy. Take it or leave it, ring to accept and pay. Men arrived on time to fit new glass units, in winter, all done within an hour and showed us a couple of tips on rubber surrounds. Kind respectful, helpful, quick, no fuss. I highly recommend and will use again when next windows go. Very impressive.
