Dealing with Concept from the quoting to excursion of the work was incredible straight forward and professional. They answered all my questions before the work and with date booked they turned up on the day a little early than expected than a first for us. The work itself was carried by Jack in a careful and diligent manor and a clear explanation of why the extra work is needed as well as cleaning up when he finished. From the outset, Jack and his team were excellent. He was prompt in his initial contact, suggested some upgrades we may want to consider and the quote was competitive. It has been a sizeable job but the team have come when they said they would, worked really hard in some of the highest temperatures we've had this year and tidied up after themselves. we have asked for extra works which they handled without fuss and have been very fair in their additional charges.
