Since my heating system was installed a couple of years ago by incompetents, it's never worked properly and has been emitting a terrible noise. Mike at Custom Heating and Plumbing was recommended to me by a friend in the village and I'm glad he was. He was easy to talk with on the phone, turned up when he said he would and exuded a level of care and professionalism I had given up on seeing again from a tradesperson. As well as servicing my outside, oil fired boiler, he diagnosed my long standing noise problem in minutes. He and his apprentice were polite and tidy and I would recommend them.

The company is very professional, polite and very clean when work is done each day I could not fault them in anyway.

Luke and Marco once again delivered an outstanding service. They quickly diagnosed and resolved two separate issues with our boiler. As always, their customer service and communication were excellent, keeping us fully informed throughout. One issue was fixed immediately, as they had already identified the required parts during a call and brought them with them. The more complex problem was resolved just two days later once the ordered parts had arrived. They are always flexible and accommodating of our specific needs, and we cannot recommend Luke and his team highly enough.

Luke and his Team gave a very reasonable quote; arranged a day that suited us; arrived when they said they would; were polite and friendly; completed the work to a high standard; cleared away any mess and offered to answer any queries that may arise after the work. I would highy recommend them to anyone.

Assessed the problem, left to collect the part, returned within 15 mins ,replaced the part. Very professionallly behaved, polite, helpful and informative.

This company have now been used a few times by myself, from a small sink replacement to new boiler. Recently they fixed a toilet which had not been flushing properly for some time. All fixed now by avery helpful, friendly Team who clearly explain the issue and how to fix it. Thank you :0)

Custom heating was recommended to me through a friend. They did not disappoint on Thursday I had no working boiler by close of business Friday I had a new one installed at a great Price. They were honest - I’d requested some home smart technology and they advised on a cheaper and more efficient outcome. The guys were trusted to work in the house while I was at work. I’d not hesitate to recommend this company.

Quoted for the work, gave realistic time for completion. They adjusted the day to suit my availability which was sooner so I was very happy. Reliable company. Very friendly. Always explains the work that is needed but also what is not required to prevent unnecessary expenditure.

Custom were very professional but friendly, they completed the work in great time and fitted it around other works I had ongoing. The work is neat and tidy. My radiators, underfloor heating and hot water all work really well! they set up my wireless heating system for underfloor heating. 100% recommended!!

I’ve had Luke round to my property for a few bits of work over the last couple of years. He initially came out to service my boiler and I asked him to quote for fitting a new downstairs toilet. The quote came back very reasonable so I asked him to do the work for me. He arrived on time, kept the work area clean around him and completed the job to a very satisfactory standard. I also had him round to plumb and fit 2 x radiators in my sons games room that I’ve adapted the loft for and once again the work was completed exactly how I wanted and the price could simply not have been beaten for was the job entailed. I’ve been that happy with his work that I’ve had him round to my mums bungalow to move a live gas pipe and fit an outside tap. I’m a tradesman myself and have used many plumbers over the years and can say that without doubt, Luke will be my first call or reference for any future plumbing or gas works for either myself or friends and family.

Emergency response in 24hrs with no not water. Fixed next day and so happy with service I recommended to family.
