We then used DM plumbing & heating again to fit a shower unit after having a new boiler installed and Dale once again did a great job.

We had our bathroom and ensuite fully re-fitted by Dale. The bathroom involved removing and replacing rotten flooring under the baths. Both rooms were replastered, retiled and had new suites fitted. Dale was courteous and ensured we were aware of what was going on and what other trades would be carrying out works throughout the project. Really happy with our new bathrooms - wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

DM Plumbing and Heating came as a recommendation to me, I'm pleased to say, how glad I am for that. I was exceptionally pleased with the Boiler Service that was carried out by Dale. Nothing was too much trouble when explaining, in some detail, what the service entailed, and the results of the testing. He will certainly be recommended to family and friends should they need a trustworthy Plumber. The seal on the basin waste broke and water kept dripping out. Rang Dale who came to look at it within two hours in early evening. Sent us a quote the next morning, which we accepted, and he was here by 1pm. Dale replaced whole pop up waste, and work was completed quickly with no fuss and absolutely no mess..he even put the built in cupboard door back for us, which had to be removed for access. Can highly recommend Dale, and we'll have another job for him in a couple of weeks!

After struggling to find a plumber to help me with a leak a work colleague recommended DM Plumbing. Dale was very responsive and helped me trace and repair the leak quickly. Dale is also fitting a new bathroom suite for me. He really knows his stuff, is responsive, turns up when he says he will and very neat/tidy. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

They sounded keen to quote, came next day, had a look, said he'd send me a quote next morning. Never heard a thing more, despite me trying to phone and text. I wonder whether he was too busy to quote for a small job? Fine, but do please say so up front instead of leaving us hanging!

DM Plumbing and Heating (Dale) was excellent across the board, helping me out with fitting choices, for perhaps not such a straightforward space - skilled workmanship, great organisation from the beginning to through to the end, knowledgeable and reliable. Attention to detail and finish was to a very high standard - friendly and professional. I am extremely happy with the transformation of the downstairs loo (with a defunct shower) into a very nice Cloakroom/Shower area - No longer ashamed to open the door! Would highly recommend DM Plumbing and would certainly use them again!
