Carl and his team were very efficient and hard-working as well providing a competitive price for the job. Very happy to recommend him to anyone who needs a high-quality, reliable plasterer.
The work was te-render outside wall including pillars. In May 2024. The job was left wet, so the finish was not visible when they left. But they insisted on being paid promptly. However, when it dried out about a week later it was clear that the posts had not been done properly eg they were a different colour and when knocked were still ‘blown’. So we requested they came back, initially they said they would in June, but didn’t turn up three times and let us down.
Excellent work, good finish, no hassle, and good value.

Agree the call-out fee, the hourly or fixed rate, and whether parts are charged on top — in writing — before an emergency plumber starts. Out-of-hours overcharging and 'while I'm here' add-ons are common complaints.
