"Mike was the 3rd plumber over the year to look at the leak that had been coming through the ceiling from the bathroom upstairs. He was the only one who was able to fix it. Cut out part of the ceiling, saw the culprit and removed, then replaced with new pipes from upstairs. Continuously worked until the job was finished. Cleared up well too. Finally found a reliable plumber which is the rarest of breeds in my experience."
