"We had an issue with our heating system for months with the radiators not getting warm, as well as intermittent issues with the hot water, and we'd had a few different plumbers round who tried different things, but none of them could fix the issue. I wish we had found Ricky earlier! He found and fixed the problem, which was really difficult to diagnose, and he improved the overall system at the same time. He explained how the whole system worked which was great for my understanding. Really helpful and highly recommended. We'll be going back to Ricky for any future plumbing work."
"Ricky was recommended. He gave full and clear consultation to decide our new system after a failed gravity-fed boiler. Price was more than Checkatrade average, but there was much more involved. Within 5 days, single-handedly, Ricky did the whole job and ironed out other wrinkles that came to light. His work and demeanour are very professional. Working method is clean, tidy and wholly respectful. Finishing touches were better than expected in all aspects. I was super-impressed and delighted with the work done, the trustworthiness and efficiency. I would highly recommend and will use again."

By law, anyone working on your gas appliances must be on the Gas Safe Register — ask to see their Gas Safe ID card and check the licence number at gassaferegister.co.uk before they start.
Never let an unregistered person touch your gas: unsafe gas work risks carbon monoxide poisoning, fire and explosion, and is a criminal offence.
For a boiler or appliance install, get the work and price in writing and keep the Gas Safe / Building Regulations certificate they are required to give you.
Confirm they cover your area and can actually come out in your timeframe before anything else.
