“Alex completed a damp proof course treatment in our living room. We are really happy with the work he carried out, from diagnosis to end result, as well as treating the damp he replastered the affected walls and fit new skirting boards. We were really impressed with how flexible and accommodating he was to our needs during the job, would highly reccomend!”
“Alex did a great job. Our requirements were quite complicated with some areas of active woodworm in a back room and historical signs of woodworm in other areas of the ground floor suspended timbers. Alex spent time to understand the problem properly before quoting, communicated well and worked around our schedules to complete the job.”
“Alex damp proofed a stairwell, kitchen and sitting room area which involved thorough and careful preparation, removal of plaster, injecting a damp proof course, tanking on some walls, applying a membrane on others, fixing insulated plaster boards and backer boards and plastering. He also worked on other unexpected issues. Alex keeps to his quote and explains in detail what he will be doing., He kept me updated throughout the whole process. His problem solving skills, attention to detail and quality of workmanship are to be praised I would recommend Damplast”

Professional, reliable and very helpful
Very positive experience. He was professional, knowledgeable and took the time to clearly explain what was going on and what needed to be done. Communication was easy throughout, and he was reliable and punctual. I really appreciated how approachable and helpful he was, which made the whole process much less stressful. Would definitely recommend.

Great work
Marcin and his team were able to complete my ceiling replaster at short notice. The guys were very hard working and got the job done all in one day! It wasn’t an easy job but the work was very neatly done. Happy customer!

Professional DPC injection service
We had serious rising damp in the kitchen. Marcin was extremely efficient, quick and on budget. He was also very affable and kind. He went out of his way to sort out the reason for the damp coming from next door's gutters wihout charging extra. This was highly professional work and I would highly recommend his services.

Great skim plastering
We've had Yurii do most of the plastering of our whole-house renovation. A mixture of walls from 100+ year old like walls, some of which were quite crumbly, up to new plasterboard. Yurri and Gennadi are great guys and worked incredibly hard to do a top quality multi-finish skim on our walls. They also got through a huge amount each day, maintaining the quality of finish. They even took on a load of extra plastering work at short notice that we hadn't asked them to do. And all the logistics are smooth too, they turned up on time, were patient and polite working round our family living there while they were working, cleaned up well. And everything in terms of work and payment was simple, smooth and free of any dramas. Will definitely use them again for the work we have left and would recommend them to others.

Advice given
I contacted Marcin recently because we needed some exterior work done mainly rendering. Marcin had previously done excellent work on our damp proofing in our kitchen/diner. The work this time did not require damp proofing but Marcin happily gave me advice on what needed doing - this was so much appreciated as he is very honest and direct. Thank you - as it is a minefield out there with differing quotes for the same work.

Very Good Damp Proofing Work
I had a DPC injection done on one exterior wall to stop rising damp. The work was carried out professionally, on time, and everything was left clean and tidy. The team explained the process clearly and did a great job. After 6 months, I can say the results are clearly visible, the wall has dried out and the damp problem is gone. I highly recommend this company for anyone needing reliable damp proofing work.

Damp proofing and repairs
Marcin is an excellent tradesperson and incredibly knowledgeable on all things to do with damp proofing. Faced with extensive damp issues in my newly bought home Marcin was able to effectively solve my issues with rising damp by way of a damp proofing course using injections into the outer wall and removing render from the bottom perimeter causing a water bridge. Marcin also went on to replaster the house having using a damp roof membrane on my outside facing walls. Where required Marcin also used insulation boards which reduced condensation. Marcin has his eye on the details, will provide you with timely updates and advice as needed. He goes above and beyond taking pride in his work. Budgets are agreed upon and accurately met. I highly recommend his services, you will be in safe hands throughout. Thanks again Marcin!
