"Dave has carried out various jobs for me over the years, including a boiler installation and electrical work to my gas cylinder. Also several much smaller plumbing jobs, which he is very happy to do. His work is of a high standard and he is very reliable. I rent out property and he is used to working with tenants and letting agents and will collect and drop off keys to carry out the work, as required. His rates are also very reasonable and transparent, so you know ahead of time what you will be paying."
