The engineer Louis came to isolate the radiator and once the new radiator arrived, he installed it for me and took the old one away. Friendly guy who talked me through what he needed to do and completed the works by himself. I have used Transgas before who installed a new boiler three years ago and fixed a valve that seised last year. Great to have a local company who can deal with my plumbing needs who respond quickly."
