I can't fault the customer service I received from this company. From my initial phone call with a very friendly and helpful lady, Ray quickly arranged a visit and was prompt providing a quote and arranging to do an excavation to investigate the reason for a sink hole which turned out to be something United Utilities were responsible for. Communication was very good. Ray and his team were reliable, professional and friendly and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

Ray and the team were excellent. From initial enquiry to completion of the job was less than 2 weeks. The waste drainage was estimated, dug and installed in less than 2 days and the post work cleanup was excellent. A fantastic outfit to work with - highly recommend

Had a new gully and rest bend installed ready to move my soil stack outside. Ray and his team were here quick and did a brilliant job, and turned up exactly on time and they’re all nice lads. The work required taking up my concrete pressed drive, but they patched it back up and you can’t tell any work was done. We had a small problem with the way the concrete dried which wasn’t their fault, and they were back straight away to fix it. Can’t fault them, would use again for sure.

DHC Utilities were quick to respond to my blocked drain. I contacted them late Sunday afternoon and Niall the engineer arrived promptly on Monday morning. I had said the issue did not need an emergency call out. Niall was friendly, courteous and explained exactly what he was doing as he set about solving the issue. He was efficient and tidy and a pleasure to deal with. I thought the fee quoted when I phoned on Sunday was very fair and that was what I was invoiced. There was no attempt to sell extra work or make the job seem bigger than originally quoted. I highly recommend them.

Ray gave me all the correct information regarding shared drain issues when I spoke to him at a weekend and what to do and who to contact and who responsible. They came out and they were so helpful and advised/confirmed drain was shared and was United Utilities responsibility to clear and they explained the process fully as this had not happened with the previous drain company we had used and we would be able to claim a refund via United Utilities. I would fully recommend DHC Utilities, very helpful and professional, definitely use this local company.

Great company to work with. We had been let down by a terrible block paving company who had made a complete mess of our drains. We sent Ray pictures who promptly explained what work needed to be done and gave a quote. The work was carried out very professionally. We were informed at all stages of the process and how the problems would be rectified. Everything was cleaned up well after the work was finished. Replaced gully drains x 2 and new pipes to man hole @ unblocked some drains and finally repaired a cracked underground pipe by lining - very professional individuals. Ray took his time to explain the work needed and provided the possible solutions. He took his time to ensure that I understood and the work was done on the days as stated. I would definitely recommend this company. The underground lining work is specialist @ the team took the time to ensure this was done properly and showed me the before and after pictures with the underground drain cameras. The ground was dug and replaced no mess.
