"Dial is a gentleman plumber. He listened to me when I told him what I thought the problem was (you’d be surprised how many tradesmen don’t), and rectified it. However alongside it he took out the heating plate and took time cleaning it. He only charged a marginal amount extra in addition to the service, although the work in total took a good few hours. I have already recommended Dial to a friend who was equally impressed."
