I found the booking process very polite and efficient.; they actually managed to fit me in before my booked appointment which was very helpful. The engineer Alex was very efficient and never tried to get me to add extra work which is often the case with other firms. All in all a good experience.

I have used Flush plumbing for four or five years now, for my combi boiler annual service, plus a couple of repairs in my bathroom and kitchen. My neighbours also had a new boiler fitted and were very happy with the outcome. The pricing is clear and transparent from the start and Adam and his colleagues are so friendly and efficient, from booking to completion. I booked Adam for a day to remove pipework in boxing. He took time to understand what I needed then adjusted the boxing to accommodate electrical cables. The result was better than I had hoped for. He also identified and fixed expansion tank problems and a wobbly tap. He is personable, intelligent and honest and very good at his job. I would not hesitate to use him again.

Adam fitted a new boiler for me this year and has fixed a couple of leaks recently. He is immediately responsive and communication is great throughout. It doesn’t seem to matter about the size of the job the response is the same. He also leaves everything cleaner than he found it. Pricing is clear and reasonable. I have recommended him to others and their experience has been the same.

Adam is punctual, polite and gets the job done with minimum fuss. He is very clear with both the price and when explaining what needs to be done. A very nice guy who thoroughly deserves his 5 star ratings.

My bathroom cold tap had been noisy for ages, so when Adam came to service my boiler I asked him to take a look. Happily a change of washer did the trick. Adam also noticed and fixed a jangling sound from the pipework, where a screw from the hot tap had fallen down the water pipe at some time in the past. He used the mains water pressure to flush the screw out of the pipe. Brilliant.

Adam has just finished some work in my flat. From start to finish he has been extremely helpful, reliable and easy to communicate with. He hasn’t asked me to write a review but I have been so genuinely impressed with his work that I wanted to write this as I would highly recommend him to others. Very pleased with the work. Adam is a hard worker, very well organised, considerate and tidy and was prepared to go the extra mile unasked. All redundant materials, parts and packaging etc removed from the site as they occurred. The work was completed on time and with no hidden extras. We had employed Adam previously to fix and service our boiler in 2020 having got his name from Which Trusted Traders and he did an excellent job then. I left him a glowing review at the time. He has been back each year since then to service the boiler. This time we needed an old toilet and cistern to be replaced and Adam arranged for one of his plumbers, Taylor, to assess and carry out the work needed and replace some kitchen taps at the same time. Taylor arrived promptly and carried out the work very competently. He left the place clean and tidy. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Flush Plumbing and Heating again and am happy to recommend them to others

I had called Adam out in the past and knew his work was exceptionally clean and tidy and had no hesitation in calling him again when my tiled all round toilet developed a problem and he was able to fix almost immediately.

Adam completed the annual service on my boiler today. From the first contact by phone he was friendly and efficient. I like his voicemail message that sets realistic expectations of a call back. He arrived on time, was polite and tidy and completed the service to my satisfaction. It was good to see that he had an apprentice with him, providing an opportunity for a young person to learn a trade.
