Michael came promptly and identified the problem and explained clearly to me what was happening and sent me a video of his investigation. He was very honest in his assessment of the situation. The repairs were carried out effectively and efficiently and all debris was removed. The repairs were put to the test immediately (it started raining heavily) and the ceiling was and remains, dry. I would certainly recommend Douglas and Sons for roofing repairs."
