Fantastic, I could not fault them whatsoever. Very compeititve rates and they left everything spotless. No complaints at all.
Blocked drain satisfactorily cleared 2 hours after phoning in. excellent service.
Very friendly guys. Emailed to tell me they would be later than originally mentioned and in the end they were 1hr later than he said but he had warned me and kept in touch to let me know. Very good communications. I cannot fault them.
Very rapid response. Clear on cost and courteous and efficient. Problem solved.
Excellent service, arrived 4 minutes early. Explained how they would approach the task (I asked in curiosity). They located a large blockage in a neighbours sewage access grate, clearing this was added to their work remit (I liaised with my neighbour for permission etc). CCTV report, photos, diagram and video all thorough and provided swiftly post work. Friendly and polite staff at all levels!
Very happy. Swift response. Job completed at very reasonable price. Friendly and personable staff at all points. Will use again in the future.

Great service. Every member of the team from the first call to the guys who came to do the work were really friendly and helpful. The work and costs were clearly explained. Site was left clean and tidy. Really happy with their work, can't fault them.
Despite advertising no callout fees, this firm responded to my call - saying I thought my sewage outlet was somehow blocked - by sending a man in a van who didn't do any work apart from lift some covers (already loosened by plumber). He was on the property about 3 minutes and told me what I already knew - that the cess pit system was not working properly due to blockage. His office then called me and asked for a fee of about 120 pounds plus vat straight away. I protested at the unfairness but they wouldn't even consider taking that into account if I then had them empty the septic tank. Recommend?? No

"Your initial enquiry was for our drain unblocking service. You explained that you had lifted an inspection chamber on your property, along with your plumber who was at your address and discovered the inspection chamber was full. Your request to myself was for an engineer to attend your property to unblock your drain. At no point did you mention anything regarding a septic tank at your property, not once. I informed you of our price to attend, which covers up to 1 hour on site to which you agreed to. I dispatched one of our Vanpack Jetting units to attend to clear the reported blocked drain. Upon arrival, our engineer quickly established that the issue was that your septic tank required cleaning, which was causing the drains to be backed up. Our Engineer was at your property for 15 minutes (confirmed by vehicle tracker) and not for 3 minutes as you suggest. I personally offered to give you our current rates for septic tank emptying to which you declined because I still requested paymen
From Paul in the office to Carl and Dave I couldn’t be happier with the way I was treated and looked after. Paul was really patient with us and explained everything. Carl and Dave were a duo to behold friendly and good humoured. Not many companies offer this level of customer service and I think a few companies out there could learn a lot from DFM
