I replaced a socket myself and the RCCB kept tripping out. I was given Keith’s number from a friend so I contacted him. He talked me through the potential problem and it was sorted in under a minute. He also offered to come out on Christmas Eve if I still had issues. He was absolutely brilliant and a life saver as my wife was going to kill me for messing with electrics before Xmas! Keith tested our system, upgraded our fuse box and did alot of reorganising of sockets including taking power across several rooms. He’s simply excellent - always finding solutions. He also replaced our kitchen light and replaced a light in the downstairs cupboard. Nothing is too much trouble. We are thrilled with everything.

Keith was able to fit us in 'after hours' shortly after our call for help, already equipped with the right replacement, had no trouble negotiating the awkward attic space to fit it, and cleaned up properly afterwards. A ring main fuse puzzle was simply solved just as fast - we had a deadline that he accommodated.
