"Graham is a pleasure to deal with - always replies to emails and text messages promptly. He came out quickly as an emergency call out to help me fix a problem with my shower, then when I wanted to install a new much larger heated towel rail in my bathroom he helped ensure radiator I was planning to get was appropriate for my heating system, the existing pipework could be connected and advised what new fixings I would need. He then installed new radiator for me with the minimum of fuss which given its size and weight was no mean feat! Radiator looks great, bathroom toasty and wife happy!"
