"GPH fitted a Hive thermostat. I found all staff I dealt with to be courteously and friendly. Their response was quick and they were happy to answer all my questions. The 2 tradespeople who came to my house were friendly and efficient. I had to ask for them to come out twice after fitting because the thermostat lost its connection. These requests were actioned very quickly. GPH made sure I could get my boiler to work whilst the thermostat was out of action."
