Adam did a brilliant job fitting our new bathroom Work was done to the agreed quote and finished on time The bathroom looks great and we would definitely use Greensted for any other plumbing issues or upgrades that we might need in the future

Not knowing a ‘boiler man’ was daunting but we knew the was a big issue with ours. We found Greensted through a friend of a friend and from our first contact we knew they were going to do a great job. Everyone we dealt with was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Everything was explained clearly to us after a thorough inspection and they came back to fit our new boiler just over 36 hours after their first visit. Miriam was on the phone with all the details less than an hour after it was condemned. Given the poor weather, this was fantastic news for us! The work was fantastic - they expected to have to move the flue and pipes (and therefore we were to expect some damage inside and out) but in fact they managed to fit the new boiler in where the old one was removed with very little evidence of any work having taken place. They were very clean and tidy in their work. Perfect from start to finish. We’ll definitely use them for all our DIY needs in the future. Very highly recommend.

We're really pleased with our new combi boiler. Miriam from the office confirmed on Friday that work would start on Monday as planned. The materials were delivered promptly at 8 a.m. and Adam, the fitter, arrived straight after. Adam and Steve were very friendly and kept us updated about their progress over the three days. They completely removed our old system and installed the combi replacement. They were super-tidy and hoovered at the end of each day and always left us with water supply. Great service from Greensted Plumbing and heating.

Great job and lovely people, both over the phone and in person. Stephen takes real pride in his work and will explain as much as you like to do with the work being done. Even helped me with setting up the warranty on a new water heater whilst we waited to test it. Would definitely use them again. Thanks guys!

Came at short notice in the evening. Boiler not functioning. Went through a thorough diagnosis of every element. Tracked the electrics. Found a dishcharge pipe and expansion tank I didn’t know existed. Through his detective work the fault was resolved without huge expense of new parts etc. great integrity and knowledge displayed, a very reasonable bill Which for an emergency call out was amazing.

Miriam looked after me like one would family. I live a distance from the property but had no qualms handing everything over to the team at Greensted. The quality of work was exemplary, and exceede expectaions. Miriam nursed me through the whole process and our phone conversations left me feeling assured. The work was completed promptly and to the highest standard. I reccomend Greensted Plumbing and Heating highly. It is the best service you're going to get anywhere.

Met by Steven and agreed a plan of action. He quickly purchased my new kitchen sink mixer tap and set to work. The tap and two isolation valves fitted in quick time. No mess, no fuss, and the overall cost was acceptable. No more drippy tap. I can highly recommend this man.

In the 7 years we've lived in our house we've had the boiler replaced, serviced and fixed (yes fixed, which really should not have been necessary) and had nothing but trouble! Earlier this year I found Greensted plumbing and they have been outstanding!! This week our boiler completely died and they have gone above and beyond. We now have a fully functioning boiler and the security that it was all fitted and will be maintained properly! I cannot recommend them enough!! X

I can’t recommend Steven enough , even though he was delayed I was informed and he still came to do the job , being replacing a leaky radiator. He goes over and above to honour his commitments. So grateful I found this lovely man , will always use him for any future work and definitely recommend him . The office manager Miriam is also very helpful and pleasant . A great company .

The lovely Stephen from Greensted Plumbing came today to repair a cold radiator. It didn't take him too long and he was so efficient, polite and tidy. This is not the first time Stephen has been round and I know it won't be his last.

Greensted was recommended to us by a friend so didn't really know what to expect. When Stephen turned up he was polite, friendly and really knew his stuff. Within minutes he believed he knew what the boiler issue was and gave us a few options as to how to get it fixed. He was never pushy and gave only great advice. We would not to go to anyone else now, Greensted Plumbing were amazing and actually really reasonably priced. Great service, great people - would definitely recommend.

It is always difficult to find a skilled trustworthy tradesman - we were so happy to find Greensted. From booking to the finished job - the service and workmanship was of the highest standard. Absolutely superb experience. I had a guy that installed my bathroom and update my heating (in 2016) to drop round as I was thinking of a heating change (house had cold spots, radiators struggled to get hot), typical system to combi boiler was my thought. He asked what the problem was and said the boiler was good and didnt need changing, told me to adjust the radiators........complete nonsense so I said goodbye. Took time to look for someone reputable and managed to find Greensted, completely opposite approach to the last guy, full of confidence, confirmed the boiler didn't have the capacity and said a combi boiler should help. What can I say.......many benefits from the change including radiators that can now burn me! Areas get hot and the water pressure has increased. I no longer need a shower pump and my water is soft from the go via my water softener that used to get confused with its measurements of when to regen. I'm so happy, thank you Greensted for a fantastic job :)
