Ian is our go to heating and plumbing engineer, we have used him for many years. His work is always excellent.
Work carried out was to a boiler, so an image is not possible without taking the boiler apart! I have used Ian Brooks for a few years and always pleased with the work he has carried out. He is very knowledgeable of his trade and a skilled workman leaving the premises clean and tidy. Highly recommended.
Ian has completed work for me over the last 17 years or so. Fitting new radiators, fitting a new boiler system, servicing the boiler, fixing the shower and sorting out the drainage problem with my washing machine. He is definitely my go-to guy for all of these things! He is punctual, and gets the job done with zero fuss. I would have no hesitation in recommending Ian, and when the next plumbing issue arises I will be calling him!
Ian always comes quickly in an emergency for which we are always grateful. He also manages to solve the problem in speedy manner. I have no idea what 'choose file' means so I am ignoring that
Ian addressed plumbing and general building issues for my mother 25 years ago. I then started using his services for maintenance and plumbing/building projects on my own house and other properties I let. Ian is trustworthy, friendly, skilled and very competent.
Ian is currently updating our family bathroom, which has involved addressing all plumbing requirements, pipework for a new radiator and levelling the floor and ceiling. We've known him for over 15 years, since being recommended by a friend when our boiler suddenly failed and needed to be replaced. Since then we have relied on him for anything and everything gas, heating and plumbing related, from routine boiler maintenance to refurbishment projects – including transforming a shower room into a wet room, updating a guest toilet and doing plumbing work and heating work during a kitchen refit (not to mention going above and beyond to help us resolve a fitting issue when the actual fitter couldn't be bothered!). Ian really knows his stuff, we wouldn't trust anyone else.
Regarding Ian Brooks Plumbing & Heating: Great guy, plus did an absolutely BRILLIANT job servicing my boiler, the first time I have used him. He also gave me tons of honest & very helpful advice (amidst my worries about the boiler and heating system) for the future and repairs he considered essential. Easily 5 Stars for his work and I would not hesitate recommending him. Thank you, Ian.
