Jack is the plumber we trust now

Jack and his team have done several jobs for us in the last couple years, moved boiler from bedroom to kitchen, helped design and fitted new bathroom and most recently serviced boiler. They are knowledgeable and competent and they do take pride in their work which shows in the quality of what they do. We're happy we've found a plumber & team we will trust for years to come

Always gets the job done

Jack is the best plumber I've come across. He exudes knowledge almost effortlessly whenever I've had a problem - he investigates carefully and comes up with a solution. No umming and ahhing like other tradespeople - he just gets on with it and makes it work and he explains clearly what he's doing. You can tell from his work he is passionate about doing a quality job and is very trustworthy so I can't praise him enough. If you want a quality plumber you can trust then look no further than J Ford Plumbing.

Outstanding work

Jack and his team did an amazing job moving a combi boiler from one bedroom to the kitchen. They are an extremely knowledgeable and competent crew and were also really friendly and helpful to deal with. Very thankful Jack went above and beyond to find the right kind of bricks for making good. We couldn't be happier and we will sure use Jack's services again in the future.

Highly Recommended.

Jack and his team provided an excellent service updating my radiators. They turned up on time, were very friendly, concerned about keeping the carpets etc clean, and generally ran a professional job. Could not have asked for anything more.

Excellent work

Had to have our shower doors replaced and this was done really well and we are very pleased with the outcome. Everything old and packaging taken away and the room left clean and tidy. We will definately use J Ford again if/when needed.

Jack Ford: Professional & Efficient Plumber

I found Jack as a result of several neighbours recommending him online. Apart from being a very pleasant man to deal with he demonstrated professional efficiency and promptness from estimate to completion; this included coming up with creative solutions to bath leakage problems and pointing out secondary issues we had not expected but which needed attention. And his prices are very reasonable in comparison with large plumbing companies. So I have no hesitation in joining my neighbours in recommending Jack.
