The wood was dark and gave a poor impression externally of a home that has won an Architectural award when it was first built. Charlie, Matt and Harrison all persevered with the project and endured Storm Amy on one day in carrying out some works. Initially the project was not thought to be that involved however, JC Spiers Ltd discovered dry rot had permeated all beams and returned to ensure full safety and now it all looks No1 once again safe and smart."
