We had an amazing experience with JK Plumbing and Heating! We live in a grade 2 listed building and the roof and floor in our bathrooms are not level. Kevin and James were highly adaptable and ingenious in the ways that they solved these problems, and we are so delighted with the final results. They are also lovely guys and a pleasure to work with.

James is fantastic and so helpful when it came to us moving house! We had no heating so I messaged and within the same 24 hours he was round and set us up with our boiler and checked all of our rads around the house. When our boiler isn’t working or there is any issue with it big or small, James is on the other end of the phone normally helping and solving the issue in the same day! Could not recommend him enough.

Had air conditioning installed in my garden room and was really impressed with the team’s professionalism from start to finish. The installers arrived on time, worked efficiently, and kept everything tidy. The system was fitted perfectly and works brilliantly. Highly recommended!

Boiler wasn’t maintaining heat. Lads came out straight away, diagnosed the issue and arranged the replacement parts. Boilers back in the game! Very friendly and professional. Would recommend to anyone

James completed a full service for my boiler which was excellent. My boiler has never undergone such a thorough service. Very polite and made sure everything was working properly. I have requested further jobs which need doing i.e. toilet and shower repairs. Would high recommend.

Really helpful. Lost all hot water and James came out quickly, tried to remedy and then supplied parts asap. Definitely made the process a lot less painful.

Such a good and reliable company to use. Fitted our new boiler last year and bent over backwards to get it done on time even with a few adjustments. Then emailed to reminded me a year on reminding me it was due its first service. Couldn’t ask for better service really

Kevin and James fitted a new bathroom for us . The work and co ordination with the plasterer, tiler and electrician was excellent. The finished bathroom is splendid. They were all very professional, tidy and courteous. Their attention to detail was excellent.

Whilst being at work I got a call from home regarding our central heating system malfunctioning and overheating even when switched off! I made a quick call to JK Plumbing who arranged to come and visit as soon as possible. Due to no one being at home at their time of arrival, I arranged to have my house keys left for them. James quickly found the problems and resolved the issue within 20 minutes! Very reliable, very trustworthy and will always be my first port of call in an emergency!!

We chose this company as their quote was clear, even laying out the other costs for the other trades involved, which the other companies we had around didn't do. Everyone was friendly, turned up when they said they would and left everywhere clean and tidy. All of the work has been done to a really high standard and we are really happy with the results! We wouldn't hesitate to use this company again (and the tiler, electrician and plasterer)

Really loving my new bathroom after JK PLUMBING and HEATING replaced the original dysfunctional one. James and Kevin gave advice on the design of the bathroom and heating system as well as doing the work. Their pride in their work is immense as is their knowledge with new ideas and giving me choices I had not thought of. They are friendly and reliable and excellent at coordinating with other craftsmen to get the job done. I highly commend them.

James and Kevin are the best tradesman I have used. They were friendly, tidy, hardworking and reliable. I would recommend to anyone and will be using them again. Friendly knowledgeable guys that have done work for me and my family for many years. They were able to get new genuine replacement parts for my elderly boiler and efficiently fixed the issues at short notice.

In January 2024 they fitted us into their busy schedule to get my 88 year old Mum's heating and hot water back on. Cannot fault James and Kevin. Job well done.
