"I have used Stephen before so automatically called him when we had a very serious leak in a bathroom. He attended and quickly diagnosed the problem (fractured toilet cistern). He then quoted for a replacement which he chose to match the existing bath and basin. This was fitted shortly afterwards. The whole process was hassle free and he worked in our timeframe. The new toilet is excellent and fits well with the existing sanitary ware. Stephen’s work is excellent and he is very efficient."

I have used Stephen before so automatically called him when we had a very serious leak in a bathroom. He attended and quickly diagnosed the problem (fractured toilet cistern). By law, anyone working on your gas appliances must be on the Gas Safe Register — ask to see their Gas Safe ID card and check the licence number at gassaferegister.co.uk before they start.
Never let an unregistered person touch your gas: unsafe gas work risks carbon monoxide poisoning, fire and explosion, and is a criminal offence.
For a boiler or appliance install, get the work and price in writing and keep the Gas Safe / Building Regulations certificate they are required to give you.
Confirm they cover your area and can actually come out in your timeframe before anything else.
