I had a few quotes , but joes wasn’t the cheapest , but not the dearest. However the quality of the product was and is far the best I review. Joe is not pushy but his attention to detail was far the best , he knows his product , installation was smooth professional and clean and a pleasure to have Joe and his father at my house , I will and have recommended to friends , neighbours, hassle free process was the key and now I have a stunning roller shutter with built in alarm 77cm metal slats with good insulation which has improved the space in my garage and looks so good and very easy to use , remember , if you buy cheap you tend to regret it , buy quality and I promise you , there will be no regrets , cheers JS Security.

I used JS Group to install a surveillance system at my home. I was skeptical because of the rip off reputation of other firms but I had nothing to worry about. From the start, Joe and Steve were professional/patient, and worked within my budget. Steve came out and did a video suggesting places to put cameras while I was at work. Emails and texts went back and forth while we mulled it over. Joe did one final recce upon my request before installation day. I never felt sales pressured, they just recommended the equipment and gave me choices depending on budget. Installation day went smoothly. They finished the job in under 8 hours with no hiccups. I was left a succinct video explaining how to use the screen and they left everything clean and tidy without a footprint. I got a QR code and an explanation how to download/use the app which is great. I now feel secure in my home knowing I have excellent CCTV coverage. I’m really happy and would recommend this hones/professional firm any day!

We contacted various companies with a view to installing new CCTV at our village hall - Night vision was key, and our constitiution demands three quotes minimum. Steve came out promptly to survey the space and a quote was delivered within 24 hours. He is very knowledgable, forward thinking and a really nice bloke. I must add in fairness to Steve, he actually made recommendations which were lower in cost than what we were prepared to pay, very credible in my opinion. The installation took place a couple of weeks ago by Steve & Joe (also a really nice chap) and we are very impressed with the whole set-up. They installed a 4k HIK vision system with four cameras. No fuss, very neat & tidy and impeccable footage. Cables where also run to positions if we choose to add more cameras in the future. Overall, top service and equipement. I would highly recommend and on aa scale of things, our previous set-up and installation by another company was poor!! *****Excellent
