Could not fault Lee, Joe and Preston and would definitely recommend. Joe and Preston replaced 3 radiators for us and they were hard working, polite and tidied up perfectly afterwards. We had an issue with air in the system afterwards and Joe came out the next evening (after another job!) and worked hard to resolve it. All working perfectly now. Lee's communication was outstanding - clear, straightforward and did what he said he would. The price was very fair too.

The work carried out by this company was excellent and very efficient and helpful. Very difficult replacing a boiler as you need to turn off water and gas. They kept us informed at all times when the system required to be turned off and it was turned off at our convenience. Brilliant company we would recommend them to anyone with no hesitation

I am really pleased with this company. I didn't know them, had a leaky kitchen tap in the house I rent out. I phoned them in the morning, Lee got back to me instantly, gave a quote, arranged a visit with the tenant who was at home, and in 2 hours time the job was done! There is a warranty for a tap, and 2 year guarantee for the job. I hope the hap holds out. What was also very nice is that they didn't pester for a review, as a lot of companies do the second they have left your house, so it would be very unkind of me not to blow their trumpet. Highly recommend.

I had a really good experience, I was emailed an invoice quote and it included a quote for the full job unlike other quotes. The other quotes on the face of it seemed competitive but they were an hourly charge or mentioned extra for additional parts needed. They had availability the next day and turned up on time. Excellent communication throughout, and they got the job done without any hassle to me . I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Joe and his apprentice were very professional on the job - taking their shoes off umprompted to go up my carpeted stairs and getting the job completed quickly and carefully. Also grateful to Lee for swift responses and working with me to make the whole transaction easy. Would highly recommend.

Really great team came to complete the job and communicated with me prior very professionally. The job was completed really well and they tidied up after themselves. A badly, permanently leaking cistern led to us having to call for L&B’s assistance. They arrived within 24 hours and were thoroughly professional and friendly throughout. The cistern was fitted with new parts and is now in good working order. The communication provided by L&B was exceptionally good and very reassuring.

LB contacted me straight away and walked me through what needed doing nine else responded so went with LB -he quoted the job fully and then rang to explain what he was doing and gave me a quotation -we accepted the price and he came to do the job started at 08.30 finished 6 .15 on 2 plumbers on site and 2 apprentices and they worked hard
