EXCELLENT TRADESMAN! Matt came to give me advice and recommendations for the removal of my old back boiler and installation on a new combi boiler, new rads and pipe work. He gave very professional informative and detailed step by step advice. A very fair price was agreed and the work was undertaken within a few weeks. His colleagues Danny and Jody helped with the installation, very professional, friendly, fast and efficient with ongoing updates. The guys finished the job on the date agreed to a professional standard and cleaned up after themselves. I will be using this tradesman in the future.

Excellent job carried out by this company. All done in a day and my home was left clean and tidy. They even came back later that night to show me how to use the boiler and the new wireless timer.

We are very pleased with the new stove, the work that was done is excellent and just how we had pictured it would look. Asked me at all stages of the work how I would like certain details finishing off and did not make any assumptions for me, meaning I have exactly the end result that I wanted!

The work appeared good and well done however as soon as he was done he was gone. He did not explain how to operate the system I never received any invoice or gas safe register, I requested this numerous times and each time he has fobbed me off with excuses saying it's on the way, almost two years have passed still no invoice or gas safe, to add insult to injury when we go to him to come and service the boiler he did not replace something that lead to it leaking and causing water damage on the roof over the stairs, he has not even offered to sort the damage. Use this trader with caution.

I needed to have my back boiler replaced, to have the whole system overhauled and to have a new bathroom fitted. Matt took his time to find out what I wanted for my family and ensured that the new system would be more than up to the job compared to other plumbers that rushed and were pushy to use there type of boilers instead of listening to what I wanted. His quote was more than fair compared to others and gave us suggests to save money. Mat and his team were tidy at all times, had excellent workmanship and friendly. I would certainly recommend them and will use them in future.

As always Matt and the team who he works with did a fabulous job. He met a few hurdles and kept me fully informed of what needed to be done to resolve them. No hesitation recommending him and have done on numerous occasions.

Matt / Scott did an excellent job from start to finish. Matt advised on the type of boiler we required and assisted in the design of the bathroom removing all the old fixtures back to the brick work. A small window was bricked up to create more space in the bathroom then the room was fully plastered including the ceiling. From scratch they built a airing cupboard to house the boiler which was then fitted with shelves. The bathroom suite was then fitted and they tiled all areas. The job was completed on time to the highest standard of workmanship. I would recommend Matt Spencer to anyone.

Matt and his team did an excellent job of installing our new boiler, bathroom and en-suite. After responding very promptly to give us an initial quote, Matt and his team started the job a few weeks later. We were really pleased with the quality of the work and won't hesitate to use them for future projects on our house.
