Contacted urgently as leak in my dads attic. Explained health situation with dad and he said he would call when he was on his way. Got call and met at my dads. Inspection and repair done quickly. Reasonable price and would definitely recommend.
Highly recommended. During these difficult times answered my call for help very quickly. Attended at stated time and carried out a clean and efficient job. Would definitely use Matt's services again.

We called Matt to solve a problem with an unpleasant smell that we had coming from under our floor in the kitchen. Despite other theories what was causing the problem and no luck Matt came to our rescue! We found him to be extremely efficient, very knowledgeable and a clean and tidy worker. We would totally recommend him and will be calling him again when we have our new kitchen installed. Thankyou Matt. Victoria and Colin.

Perfect from start to finish. They were out quickly, diagnosed the issue with our boiler and gave us a fair and balanced opinion on whether to replace it with a new model. When we opted for the replacement they had it ordered and fitted for us in no time at all and with no fuss. I'd very happily recommend M Spencer Plumbing and Heating to anyone.
Matt really pulled the stops out and completed the work in time for us moving in. Very pleased with the job he did. The house had an old back boiler heating system which needed updating to a combi boiler system which we thought may need completely replacing but Matt only replaced what was necessary saving us money. No hesitation in recommending him ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Matt had rescued me and drained my leaking hot tank and returned today to install me a new one.Excellent job. He also adjusted my radiators and now some that had not heated up properly for years are working well. This all done very cheerfully and with great good humour.

Matt and his team arrived on the Wednesday at 8am as promised. Their job was to fit a new boiler, new radiators , remove old gas fire knock through a wall to provide an appropriate space for our new log burner. They fitted the log burner , plastered the walls around the burner and fitted the hearth. They were all really friendly and i felt at ease leaving them in my home. Mat kept me upto date with the progress of the work and always asked before doing anything. When arriving home that evening I expected something that represented dusty building site however this was not the case the house was clear of dust and nothing was out of place. (Not that it even mattered ) They even went above and beyond by chasing our naughty dog down the road. By friday afternoon all the work was complete . We now have a lovely warm home complete with a cosy log fire. Thank you to you all for not telling me how problematic our house was going to be due to the structure (we had this previously)
Mr Spencer came to me well after normal working hours to deal with a massive leak from my hot water tank. He was cheerful, polite and friendly and drained my tank for me. I have asked him to return to install the new tank I need.
Very reliable and managed to act very fast. Excellent communication as I was not at the property and dealt with tenant. Highly recommend.
